I did say basic features of the game. Which are features available to everyone, (mostly) regardless of level, or what not.
The 2 features you listed are only available if you have the expansion, and a high level character.
And on top of that both features are story related to begin with. The garrison is a major part of the story in WoD.

Huh? Please read where I said basic feature. I do not want to go into a discussion where molten core had no attunment, and only a bare level level requirement to it. (which wasnt even 60) As that would be off-topic.


Look guys I get it. You are all happily ganging up on Kiara for this or that reason.
But just because I agree on one point made by said person, does not mean you also have to gang up on me for no reason at al.


Quest gating for basic features such as dyeing, or glamours is pointless because the system itself perfectly explains how it works. And because its a feature ment to be available for everyone, without much of a fuss.
The only thing it does, is give a chance to screw over players that for whatever reason cant obtain the quest.
(due to the poorly implemented quest system in FFXIV)
