I'm sorry, but this is not true. I've been trying the promo code since 10:30am and have been getting "invalid promo code". I've copied from my email, from the FAQ site, and even hand typed it with ZERO luck. Not gonna lie, really disappointed in this experience...my first con and it's already off to an aggrivating start....

Some people are posting their successes now long after their tickets were confirmed. We did ours at 12:31pm Central

Promo Code all Caps? Make sure you have the NA Ticket not the EU...?

probly they hadnt thought of the idea to charge more money for stuff other fan fests do for free as in 11's case so they thought we can make more money give a small group some perks and let them all fight over who gets them I feel bad I got upgrade and gf didnt ~_~; hope i can steal a chair so we sit next to each other and an autograph is ok but dont see why i spent 80 on this feel like comic con were im paying to have some one sign there name

Indeed. I was confirming payment when the site just stopped on a blank white page. No confirmation email, error code when I try to enter again, and "one ticket in limbo". That seems like an error to me

Operating without errors? Are you kidding me!? This has been the only screen I've gotten since the start:

Entering the promo code did nothing except give an error message. I was trying from 11:28 even just in case the server time was off.

I did this and still got errors. This was very frustrating but at least I have tickets at all.

I'm going to assume that everyone reporting that they got their tickets after 10:30 got into the queue within the first minute. I was also applyine the code since before 10:30 and I only got the ticket upgrade to show up for one of my tickets, and could not proceed forward from there.
