There should be no way to speedrun daily storyline dungeon roulettes

Yes! Welcome to the real world, where racism was running rampant because the majority thought it was OK!
Ask yourself: What is the bigger loss? 15 minutes out of your life? Or a once-in-a-lifetime experience for a new player?
You also can't really blame the new players for not using the party finder, when the quest objective only says to use the duty finder.

Unfortunately, taking away the ability to speedrun a dungeon would require the dungeon to be built differently for roulette. If you put in gates requiring you to hit every pull/mechanic then you would squash what little remains for emergent gameplay and that's bad.

For the record not all cut scenes show up at the inn people need to quite telling new players that they can just watch it at the in, the fact is it is a compact version of that scene not the full version

I'm fairly certain that every cutscene that plays in a duty can be rewatched at the inn. The only examples I've seen of cutscenes that "aren't" watchable are the first run pre-boss cutscenes in Toto-Rak and Stone Vigil. Those are counted as cutscenes from their respective quests instead.
That said: I still think watching the cutscenes afterwards is a terrible idea, because they lose their impact when watched out of context.
