Fundamental Flaw With Frontlines

I'm not quite sure how I showed any hypocrisy, but I'll let it slide. As for myself, I never had to change my grand company, nor was I able to really get into the Wolves' Den. But I can certainly see why people are upset that they have to choose to either lose their PvP rank and acquired gear, or be unable to play on the same team as their friends. If I was to be in this position, I'd be bummed. Losing the rank you put so much time into has to suck. Changing a queuing system for PvP, in my opinion, to allow everyone to queue with whoever they choose wouldn't be hurting anyone. It would ease the minds of those who feel they need to switch GCs, as well as show more variety in who you receive as your teammates, so there's less chance for you to get on the same team you've been losing with for the past five games. You're entitled to your own opinion, and while I don't agree with it, I can respect it. From what I've seen, you haven't shown much respect to those who disagree with you.

Yeah pretty sure the que system is just a bit broken.

Long ques are happening, but some other strange things go on too. People queing at the same time, one person getting into a half-full game and the other person never getting a pop EVEN WHEN JOIN IN PROGRESS IS CHECKED.

Ive actually found the best way to get into games with my friends that qued, is to spam withdraw/que in progress right when the gate opens. Ive literally gotten into games people sat in que havent.

Seriously though, why so butt hurt about people wanting to appeal to SE to play with their friends sans Grand Company restrictions?

Its ok if you don't have friends to group with to play. The magical duty finder will still force people to play with you.

well ... if the FC's GC affiliation took precedent before the character one ... hmm .. could solve all the problems

Yes because AFKing getting exp regardless of skill is such an amazing feat vs actually clearing content. Bads being bads.

You Keep Using That Word, I Do Not Think It Means What You Think It Means

also ... cant seem to find anyone mentioning it, but by changing GC you are not only loosing PvP rank and some upgrades to abilities
but also ability to wear/glamour gear, and its not only about pvp gear ... all the allied seals/gc seals gear, chocobo bardings, ability to summon certain minions (maybe even some mounts.... the 100 wins ones, did not test)
