Don't like this idea a whole lot..
What if you don't have any rank 50 jobs you can stop looking for a party because you're marked as a "noob" and nobody will invite you because they obviously prefer the more experienced..? No thanks.. everybody needs the same chances to get invited..
Besides.. even a first time rank 30 could play at level of a rank 50 in multiple classes.. we're all different..

Having other jobs levelled is only very weakly correlated with proficiency.
In fact, people put way too much emphasis on "experience."
When in fact most people just have exceptional experience...playing poorly.
