As an example for people who don't know the difference.

In a western wedding, you have a wedding cake, you cut it--and everyone gets a piece.
In a Korean wedding, you have a wedding cake, but 2/3 of it is actually fake, you cut it, take pictures, then it's put away. Either thrown out or given out to someone after the wedding.

We're living in Korea now because we're making much more money here! But we'll definitely be moving back to Canada to raise kids :)
