Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

Just wanted to give an update for those who purchased a physical copy through Amazon. I got the early access code in an email just a little while ago.

But when the early access is up (16th), i can play the heavensward part right? Or it will be locked until realeased (20th)?

I am having this exact same issue. Wondering if I should cancel the pre-order if SE isn't going to, y'know, honor the pre-order.

Having this exact same issue, bought Stormblood about two hours ago, got the order confirmation message but haven't gotten my code yet.

As mentioned before by a few people, I preordered in May , got my Early Access code, and it shows in my mog station. I just got charged for the order on the 9th of June, don't have the option to download/unlock activation key. I have the Collectors PC Digital Download from the SE store. Has anyone figured this out yet?

Me too! bought it 5 hours ago from SE NA Store, got the order confirmation but no code for early access, maybe I should be patient!!

Because that won't be available till June 20th. It's the same as the Heavensward expansion was back in the day. All you need or can do is activate the early access code for now, make sure it's marked in your account with an little O next to the early access. On June 20th, you will be able to log into the square enix store, and instead of a grey out button, or a current green button with the code, you'll find an updated code as well as instructions, on how to activate the game itself. You will also get another code, that if you purchased the collectors edition and entered the code after the official launch, will send you the extra items to your in game mailbox. You will have one week to follow up on that, otherwise you'll be locked out of the game till you activate that code.

To everybody else that didn't purchase from the SE store, and haven't received a EA code yet, should get in contact with that seller. Same goes for the actual activation code, if it's the download version, starting June 20th.

It takes about a day and a half for them to send you the code. As you stated, patients is the key, since they are flooded right now with last minute pre-order purchases and questions.

Has there been any updated information on the PS4 digital pre-order not showing in our libraries/showing not purchased?

I can see that I bought it from my transaction history and the theme/avatar that came with it are showing for me, but not the actual pre-order itself. I'm quite worried it won't download in time :(
