Questions regarding Stormblood Pre-orders or Collector's Edition

Has anyone who pre-ordered via Amazon (UK) received their early access code yet??

I pre-ordered storm blood physical copy from amazon but have not received a code for early access. Will I be eligible for early access? Will they be emailing codes out before early access begins?

you'll have to contact amazon's customer service. I suggest using their chat function it's a whole lot faster.

Just an FYI to folks who ordered through PSN store. It seems they are having issues. A lot of people saying it looks like their pre orders have been cancelled. I logged on and its asking me to pay for the expac again. Sony support assured me they still see the pre order purchase on their end. If you are having an issue please reach out to Sony support. The only way to get this resolved is to make a lot of noise.

so i pre ordered a digital copy of stormblood this morning and got a confirmation email, the email led me to a page where i could activate my product but there is no green "UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY" button on the page, only "instructions" i also never received a code for my pre order bonus of early access. im not sure what im supposed to do here.

pre ordered from which store

got it from the square enix na store, bought the standard 39.99$ pc pre order

On mine it says I already have it, but the countdown is gone. Maybe because we download it from the launcher and not from PSN download list (licenses are still there too).

log into your square store account, select my account, go to Your Orders, find your order. Under where is says FINAL FANTASY XIV STORMBLOOD[ PC DOWNLOAD] you should see Unlock Code click that and it'll bring you to the download and activation page where your EA code is located. Once you have it go to the Stormblood EA site enter that code their and it'll unlock the code you need to enter into the mog station

i did that and i also tried going to that page directly from the confirmation email that was sent to me, the problem im having is when i go to that page there is no code and there is no "unlock the activation key" button that the instructions say should be there. its just a page that says
Congratulations for your order.

Click the INSTRUCTIONS button for each product and read the installation guide carefully.
When applicable, use the DOWNLOAD button to download your product and click UNLOCK THE ACTIVATION KEY to obtain your activation key.

Note: As soon as you unlock the activation key, you lose your right for a refund.

then there is a black box that says instructions (which tell me nothing that the email itself didnt already explain) and nothing else.
