In europe we should receive it to ...cause i bought in psn and didnt receive any msg or any code...and where i live (portugal) the stores didn't receive the games...the game will came ou on 30th august....wtf....

In NZ, bought PS3 Standard digital copy from PSN as supplement to my active Windows CE (1.0 -> ARR) service account. Previously had been in Beta 3 on Windows and PS3, SEN was used and tied to SQEX during Beta 3. Now upon launching PS3 game client, I have to go through initial setup, however I only have one option to choose "I currently possessed a Square Enix Account", and when login Square Enix ID is greyed out. Passed the credential and I get "No valid service account..." error despite I do have an active service account.

That doesn't sound right... but are you trying to log in with an NA account or with the EU account you bought the game with?
