I have a job that is near 50 with few thousand exp left (96892/100000) I was planning to reach 50 once it's in ARR but are there any possibilities where the accumulated EXP will reset?

I think what might change though is because based on the changes being made to DOL, you may see an increase in the amount you need to reach said achievement. If anything I managed they might do it percent based so if you were 75% complete with the achievement and they decide to make it 8k, then you'll be 6k/8k rather than 3k/8k. Though time will tell to see how they may change the achievements needed for those rewards since if the minigames themselves are more mainstream/quicker to perform then you should definitely expect that perhaps they will increase the requirements to obtain said reward.

So long as the rate is the same I dont care lol. Though they said expect something totally different with fishing compared to the other two DoL's. I hope they dont shaft fisher more then already is.

Man, listening to all the complications involved, converting from 1.0 to 2.0 must of been (and continues to be) a logistical nightmare. Even if the game ends up horrible, still will be quite the accomplishment.

It turned out nice and it's honorable for FFXIV. (Japan in RL don't go all out on Halloween like we do in the US, so not much of pumpkin carving/shaving going on.)
Alpha test is going along fine so please look forward to phase 3 where participation region increases.
