Currently when you clear a local leve you can obtain a recipe memo, will these be carried over to ARR and by having these recipe memo can we start crafting them right away in ARR? Depending that how I will use the leves in the remaining 10 days so would like some announcement soon.

ローカルリーヴで取得できるレシピメモと製作手帳には関連がないため、レシピメモを集めないと新生版で製作できないということにはなりませんのでご安心ください。
There is no relationship between how you obtain the recipe memo from local leve and craft notebook so it wont be where you can't craft if you don't have the recipe memo in ARR to craft so please don't worry.

現行The Lodestoneにログインできなくなった時点で、自分のページを編集することができなくなりますので、削除もできなくなります。
Even in current once it's at a point where you cannot login to The Lodestone you will not be able to edit your own page so you will also not be able delete them.

LSフォーラムの閲覧権限については、現行The Lodestoneの最終データメンテナンス時のものがそのまま残ります。このため、新生版サービスイン後に新たに加入したLSメンバーは公開になっているスレッドのみ閲覧できます。
For the LS forum permissions, the information stored at the last data maintenance for the current The Lodestone will remain. For that reason when you add new LS members post ARR service launch they will only be able to view those threads that are open (those threads viewable by permission).

2012年11月1日の最終データメンテナンス以降は、データ連動が行われないため、ゲーム内でキャラクターを削除したとしても、現行The Lodestoneのキャラクターデータなどは最終データメンテナンス時のまま残ります。
After the final data maintenance on 2012/11/1 there will be no data linking so even if you delete the character in game the character data in current The Lodestone will remain how it was at the timing of final data maintenance.

はい。現行The Lodestoneにログインできなくなるタイミングで、編集／削除ができなくなります。
「新生The Lodestone」開始後も、移行期間を設けて「現行The Lodestone」にログインできるようにする予定ですが、編集や削除などが必要なものがあるかどうかの確認とその作業は早めに行っていただけると助かります。
Yes. At the timing where you can't login anymore to the current The Lodestone, you will not be able to edit/delete.
After the ARR The Lodestone we are planning to get some time for the transfer and make it possible to login to the current The Lodestone but it would help us if you can check and edit/delete those quickly.

Hmmm, i wonder if there will be an option to view character in AF along with RSE and underwear. Give new players something to get pumped up about and look forward to?

That's what normal level speed and content through the levels rather than just end-game is supposed to do ;p
