You literally can't wait 20 minutes for it. It's only available to queue for for 15 minutes. It will always force pop at x:15 and if you don't accept then you can't requeue because the NPC depops.

With all due respect:
You can ocean fish solo. You only have to be there when it opens (every 2 hours) and queue up. 15 minutes after the hour (for example: 20:15) it will pop and send you to your ship even if you are solo.
EDIT:
I just tested it btw

God this thread is hilarious. This little man child just lashing out at anyone daring to say the content isn't hard. Spoiler: it's not difficult. Just takes some paying attention for what skills to use and when. And some RNG of course.
@OP, looking at your responses I have come to this conclusion. You don't like fishing. Fishing is heavy RNG.
The GP regen is absolute shit, that I 100% agree. The timers can also be an added stress, that too I agree. But the rest of your complaints seem to boil down to you hating RNG. Learn what are the right skills to use to reduce the RNG and it won't be as bad.
The way I see this content is that it's not meant to be the easiest lvling option on purpose. You literally don't have to spend anything on bait or any materials needed. It's all at no cost. It is a lot more of a factor in crafting over gathering but it still makes sense to me.
Also, you're 100% wrong on the ocean fishing thing. For starters, you say someone is wrong and its every 2 hours. The person you responded to said it's every other hour. That's the same thing as 2 hours buddy. And you saying you've waited in queue for 20-30 mins is literally impossible as others have pointed out. There's a guaranteed boat that goes out at xx:15 and xx:30.
GP issues aside, they really should not be having missions where you need to get ridiculous streaks of good RNG on skills that cannot even be influenced by your stats.
This has probably been one of the most entertaining posts in 2025. Forum crashout of the year contender.
I kinda wanna let the comedy rolls on but-
-oops, I dropped something...

Their world must've sold rubber clocks or something worldwide! Or maybe that one should've gone to bug report section! Who knows?!
Love it when your local forum troll tries to shape a certain content to their own visions by influencing "discussions" with offensive and insulting comments. And honestly, can't stop eating popcorn while following this thread. You're definetly helping guys, keep trying. And GG 17 pages of nothing, whats your end goal?
Sabotaging Occult Crescent will be your next project?
I thought this guy might be a Titanman alt, but he’s actually pretty good at his trolling.
He’s got people actually believing he wants help.
Spoilers for those of you yet to complete the tunnel.
I have never experienced such awful content in 14 as the tunnel excavation.
I can deal with the grindy monotony of running in triangles clicking on things for 40 minutes.
What is absolutely inexcusable is being compelled to do so looking for white text on a white background.
The most incomprehensible part of the design is being in a crowd of people with "Transporting" text popping off constantly trying to find the "lunar debris" legend to click on.
SQEX, using visual clutter to make content more challenging seems to be your new thing, from PvE to this nonsense. This is more than just a complete disregard for visual accessibility, it is actively insulting to anyone with less than perfect eyesight, or negative reactions to bright backgrounds.
Oh, the people who say that a piece of content sucks because they haven't 1) figured out how to get easy crafting/gathering gear via special delivery pnjs and summons received, it's free, you just have to farm.
And on the other hand, you don't have to make a Gold result to do well, the bonus is higher, but a Silver is enough, the main thing is to finish it.
Besides, you chose the worst job to begin with.
With the Hangars build, while the NPCs welding showing sparks was cool, it also made it very hard for me to spot the "sparkles" where I was supposed to interact on the hangars. Oh, and with the "white font usually over a white background" on the moon, I would pay good money to be able to turn an adjustable dark background box behind the duty info field, like we have with the chat box (or change the Duty info field's font color). I'm forever rotating my camera to try to get that white font over some background shadow just so I can read it, sigh. Our world hasn't gotten to the tunnel yet, so thanks for the heads-up that it may be challenging for those of us with some visual issues!
I also realized I had a solution, which I know works on kb/m and seem to recall it does on console.
You can keybind "target nearest NPC or object" and there's a default keybind NUM0 that interacts with target. You can even macro the two so the whole stupid process is one-click once you're in range. Just watch the cast bar so you know you can leave.
