4th of July holiday will not be celebrated on Monday in 2023, so you're safe. In fact, after maintenance, you'll have the whole day to enjoy playing games at home, assuming you live in the United States.

As far as your comment about 'MMO's since 1995' ... I've been playing multiplayer games for almost 40 years, and I've come across "this" before. That you haven't is probably due to the fact that you play games produced by companies whose main offices are in the United States.
