No they won't.. the community will still find a way for a WAR tank and never use the functioning search feature either. Sorry Charlie! We don't adapt to change! We class stack!

Typical setups will be 2 WAR, 2 WHM, 1 BRD and the rest BLM's... just like dungeons..

You are trying to hard to raise your post count. Maybe if you actually said something back that wasn't stupid people would listen to you more. I'm glad though you know more about this fight then anyone else in this thread with all your experience.

I think the books on the Thm Guild Counter will tell you about the elemental weaknesses. Or the Conjurer guild counter. Or both maybe...I forget :/

since garuda is airborne she could have a high lightning resist (thats the way it should work anyways)

well IF that were true. Then Blm are useless. Shes strong to fire. Lolblizzard will do piss dmg unless with the new patch they change up Ice spells for Blm (Not gonna happen). Freeze. Might be good dmg....but every 1 min and 30 seconds? Blizzara? are you rwally gonna run up to her and chance getting 1 shotted to once again do piss dmg?

Honestly it's clearly all a guess at the moment.

I'd already expect BLM to be nigh useless in this fight... I'd expect a lot of silencing action from Garuda. XD

Fight looks intense. Could be really fun.

I wonder... Does this version of Garuda have "dat ass?" I like dat ass but if not... :<

i have a feeling blms will only do moderate damage but well see. The devs did comment before about telling the devs we want a more melee oriented fight, but honestly they prob had most of the battle complete when they told us that,lol.

i wouldn't be surprised to see people going back to archer(not brd) to have access to better DD buffs.

in the vid, alot of blindness used.. not sure the meaning.

well the video id sould Garuda at 80% like the whole that the party was wiped. and couldnt help but notice that Blm mp bar was almost full the whole time. but yes i know speculations. and it was hard to see the only time that i saw Thunder casted was at the beginning and it was hard to see cause of all the other number but all the number were fairly low. So its either it was resisted or or Thunder did crap dmg.

well whatch SE 180 use with wind causing blind in this game. With the wind wiping in you face plus probable sand and pebble wiping around goes in your eyes.

/shrug, I do 800-900 Blizzards to lv 60 mobs. Granted Garuda should have higher resistances, but I doubt Blizzard will be far from useless. What will hinder BLM's more is the rotation. Thunder should still be decent, especially with Thundara on combo since it's receiving the MATK cap.

If she is neutral to thunder she is fair game.

I don't see a lot of silence if any status icons in the video. The main problem for blm' will be knock back interrupting spells.

Sanguine is every 60sec and lasts 20 seconds. That's only 40 seconds of the possibility of being interrupted.

A possibility no mater how finite remains a possibility mr keftenk =)
