So, 2 reasons why the SE store not showing the codes for the digital orders is a problem.

1. Those who did not pre-order cannot play the expansion. The release date was supposed to be around 2am PDT. It is already 10am PDT and still no code. (I feel bad for those as they cannot play. If you have say a day off for some reason, you are sitting there twiddling your thumb.)

2. The other reason is that some have the CE. There are additional in-game items that come with the code. So, for those who are waiting to have those items cannot get it yet.

Actually, three. It ends on the 5th, and it's the 2nd.

I'm still waiting for my code as well. Got the red "Your key is being processed" message. Hopefully they get this sorted out soon. I want my creepy stabbydog mount.

IF you have the physical edition you need to go to the website and convert the code you got to the one the mog station takes instructions are in the mog stations.

Afternoon of the day of launch and no keys for the proper expansion from their own store, at least for NA, have been distributed yet? I have yet to receive my code as well.

I'm worried because, when I pre-ordered, I checked out as a guest through the SE Store because it was being a PITA about letting me log in. I can't see any way that I can check on the status of my code, when I pre-ordered without a "store account"... /shrug

Its already 10:21 AM here US Pacific time and the SE store still says my key is processing. SE may need to look into this seems to be some sort of problem.

Yup still waiting. This is quite sad that those who purchase it through the Square Enix store are getting screwed over having to wait who knows how long.

Got the code from Amazon today but Mogstation says it's invalid. Doesn't seem I'm the only one either.

So this issue will likely run into the Mog station down time for maintenance where we can't register them after we get them. That is just how this company works.

You should have gotten anemail after purchase scroll down in that email to the bottom where the big red box is.

Neither did I because I can not reset my password - guess what: "We will send you an eMail with instructions how to set reset your password". Shortly is: Exactly 23.5 hours and no mail yet.
I checked out as guest but you can still click the link in the eMail which contains a tocken to your guest account.

Why should we?

Like many of you, purchased the CE from the Square Enix store and yet to get a key. Honestly thought purchasing from the Square Enix store would be the quickest most efficient method of purchase, guess I was wrong. I'm sure they'll fix the issue in good time but it is disappointing to see and will make me look elsewhere in the future.

I'm trying to remember if I had the same issue when it came to the Digital CE for Stormblood as I also got that from the SE store. I think that was received on time....

Same here. I am starting to become very cross. I mean.. seriously.. I know that they have a lot going on right now, but you would think these codes would have been ready ages ago.

I was getting the red message too but I tried again and I got my code like 15 mins ago.

Literally just got my code, at almost 8.30pm in the EU, I think I'll consider buying elsewhere instead of supporting SE this way again from now on when it comes to expansions.

I got mine about 20 minutes ago. Though my partner doesn't have his yet. They're rolling out slowly, I guess.

Still nothing for me NA store.

Just found my PC code in the EU store.

Got my key just now from the SE store.

I don't understand why people rage because the code is taking a little longer than expected to roll out.
It's not like you can't play the game, as long as you pre-ordered and got into the pre-release.
Everything behind the code (right now) is just cosmetic stuff which has no impact on the gameplay.
I could understand the rage if people couldn't play due to the code being late.
But that's not the case, as of now.
Perhaps people are just bitter that they couldn't be amongst the first to show off the collector items and have their minute of fame. I can't really say.

Anyway, I think people should calm down a little.
From what I've read here it seems the codes are rolling out, slowly but surely.
So they are on the way.

Edit: I don't have my code yet either, so I am just as effected like alot of people are.

You're right for the most part; however, those of us that pre-ordered ShB for the added perk of getting Stormblood are stuck waiting until the key is distributed for access to the Stormblood content (as early-access did not apply the prior expansion keys to your FF account).

While I'm not foaming at the mouth, it's definitely a little suspect that a first-party can't handle day one fulfillment. Here's hoping that the bottleneck gets cleared and the keys start rolling.

Anyone that bought it from the NA store got their code yet? Just seen a few people on here said they got it from the EU store.

I havnt gotten mine yet
