maybe give them something like mch ammo and reload, but less rigid and weird? 100tp for a stack of potions, you mix for different results and use, as well as a sure heal that costs a little tp, some sort of invigorate, and voila. let em use inventory items on party members for a double potency effect like the original chemist job, and then just fill in skills with whats needed as a healer to do the healer things.
