This indeed does work! I just cancelled my Persona 5 preorder I did this morning, preorder it again and it just now gave me my code!

Ordered a physical copy of a game from amazon.com, chose one that will deliver to Canada of course and had the promotion attached to it.

I did email support regarding the code a few hours later, since I have been reading so many different results people have been getting.

Soon after that, they did reply and included the codes for the items, redeemed them all with np ^^ Very cute chocobo lol

I ordered a mouse. :P Got my codes when I checked my email just after sending the order in.

ok so i got my craig mask in the mail, but none of my other items :x

EDIT: ok mailbox was full. didn't get the notification until after i reopened my mailbox.

Pre-ordered DragonQuest 8, and got the code email right after the confirmation email. It worked on the redemption page just fine and got all the codes entered :)

Sucks having to pay USD instead of CAD, but I can live with it.

I like that it gives you separate codes for everything. Since I don't have a male char and never will, I gave the butler code to my spouse.

It might just be taking a while for the in-game mail system to process all the activity. It took a couple hours to get my bennu mount the day it was released. Maybe wait a little bit and hit resend and see if that helps. Also check and make sure your mail isn't full of old delivery messages.

Anyone else order something and get an email stating it had shipped already but no code?

Nah, you just put the code in the box on the page without logging in and it'll spam some codes out. At the bottom, there is a field to enter an email and they'll mail you a copy of the codes, it just takes a while. Just copy and paste them into notepad or write them down somewhere. Log into Mog Station, go to "Enter Item Code" or something like that and put them in under the right service account.

Cancelled. Re-ordered, got my codes immediately.

Just got the notification that my controller was now being shipped. No code, though...

My storybook of Odin Sphere shipped but I hadn't received a code (ordered early this morning as soon as word got out). I just spoke to a rep on the live chat and they found my claim code. Used it and I'm about to enjoy my new maid uniform.

I emailed Amazon and they responded back within an hour with my code :)

My Niece canceled her order and reordered a different game and got her code immediately.

All is good now :)

Already sent an email in regards to this issue, just to be on the safe side. As I won't be home for another hour, I'll wait until then to see if they respond.

I'm glad I'm not alone then, I was beginning to worry if I'd done something wrong. I did make sure that it was being sold and shipped by amazon, and that the promotion was mentioned on the product page and the "dlc content" was mentioned on the order itself when I submitted. So in this case it's just wait a day or two for the code email to get here.

I did. Product shipped, but no codes. I contacted Amazon and the rep said to wait 2 days and if I hadn't gotten the codes by then, to contact them back. :\

please someone help me I can't for the life of me find amazon's promotion pages showing products for purchase for FFXIV Promotion. I tried ordering Kingdom Hearts 1.5 for the ps3 and It doesn't list the promotion. Is it just for prime members?

I've been to http://www.ffxivredeem.com/index.php (Which btw SE is being flagged for Security issues and being blocked by some browsers citing certificate issues.) but there are no links to show Amazon's products available.

AFAIK, there is no list on Amazon that shows which products are eligible. You just have to search for something you want, and read the page. You can try using the filters on the left side of the search pages or the category pages (like "Video Games" department) to narrow it down to only items that are shipped and sold from Amazon.com.

It needs to say this on the page for the promotion to show up. Sometimes it's buried under a bunch of cheaper options and says "Fulfilled by Amazon." Those are not eligible.

You need to use search and filter it with the left side options so the page you go to actually looks like the above. Then check the Promotions heading to see if the promotion is listed.

Preorders are no hassle since it immediately allows you to get it from only amazon.

Using the "AmazonGlobal eligible" filter is a pretty good way to narrow it down if sellers doesn't work.

I would like to get need for speed but amazon cost more as local stores have it for $20 and Amazon selling it for $30 so not paying $10 extra dollars to get some virtual items so I will most likely pass on this promo

Looked up that product specifically and it defaults to a 3rd party seller. If you click "143 new from $10.00" you'll see amazon as one of the sellers, unfortunately for this title they're out of stock so you won't be able to buy that game as part of the promotion unless they get it back in stock before the promotion has ended.

If it says something like: "Sold by Delaware and Fulfilled by Amazon" then it won't be eligible. It has to say "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com". (In the case of KH 1.5, Amazon.com shows up under the "Other Sellers" section, but with a "temporarily out of stock" notice, which is probably what kept it from being the initial default. I'd think that if you go to the "other sellers" link and explicitly choose Amazon.com to order it from, then it would be eligible, but since you don't get a separate item description page there isn't a good way to verify that other than trying it.

Well, if the promotion includes pre-orders for items not released yet, then I'd assume it would include orders for items not currently in stock. (Of course, that would delay getting KH 1.5 itself.)

Can confirm pre-ordering works, I just pre-ordered FFXII: The Zodiac Age for PS4, and got an email within 10 minutes containing the code.

Pre-orders definitely work. I finally stumbled across the new Pokemon games releasing in November (Sun and Moon) and remembered that my daughter wanted those. I pre-ordered one and got the promo code instantly in the email, and she will do the other for her promo code.

Also note that accessories and peripherals like headsets, keyboard or mouse, and video cards are included in the promotion, as long as they are sold by Amazon.com. Do check for the proper promotional text on each product page to be sure it's included.

Apparently Digital PSN and 60 day time cards work now, I see the promos under them (It wasn't there before).

Unbelievable. I don't really have many games I want to play at this current point in time, most not being released yet, so I just opted to buy Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires of PS4 since it was the only thing I would have really wanted. But despite being a $33 game in the video game section, it apparently doesn't count towards the promotion in the Special Offers section below. So something is clearly not being specified by the event, is it for new games only? What gives?

It has to be sold and shipped by Amazon. Not all items count, check the Promotions section on the product page to see if it qualifies.

That's ridiculous that not all games count. They should state that rather than saying "Any purchase of $19.99 or more from the video game category on Amazon.com..." will get them the code when that is simply not true. I guess for anyone who hasn't gotten their code yet, scroll down to check and see if your game even counts for it.

The rules on the Amazon site noted that items must be sold and shipped by Amazon. The information was stated about a hundred times in this thread and on Reddit. That said, yes, it probably could have been expressed in more places and in some sort of Lodestone announcement, as well as the ffxivredeem site.

It works. They added the game time cards to the deal, when it rolled out it was physical only and it didnt have the promo on the cards.

The deal didnt start until today. If you pre ordered yesterday then you need to cancel the order and reorder.

Will this be available on Amazon.ca? Not seeing the promo on any games or accessories.
