PLD is a waste on anything other than Titan and Coil.

Right, but what Jonjey is trolling is that:
-IF your doing content you only slightly over gear, not blow out of the water.
-IF your pug sucks, but not to much.
-IF you're a warrior going full str(not a tank) going against a full tanking pld
-IF you can pull one 3 pack of mobs no more.
-The healer isn't skilled enough to heal through no more then one 3 pack and the dps are a bit lacking.

The fact of the whole deal is. Given a setting where its like this tailor made for a warrior it wouldn't pull out a faster run. (imo)
Runs like these often would make use of a pld taking less dmg and single burning mobs to the ground and not using aoe.

Given the way most plds run this content (in sword oath, with a cd up on big trash pulls and healer dpsing), Again I would think you would see a faster run like this. Honeslty tho, if everyone is geared up like they should be by now the ONLY difference would be the 10% more dps a warrior brings....until the pld pulls 2-3 groups and a sch and 2 relic dps burn the trees down.

So am I to understand that I need to lvl a Warrior for the 1-2 weeks of being at Jonjey's gear lvl and then pray for a tailor made group that sucks, but not to much? 9/10x its not going to be an issue on what tank you are for these runs. But, if you are going to min/max you can't say "hey im not talking about ubergearorz ppl/ or pplz that cant do dis".

SO far in my dealings with easy content The PLAYER behind the tank is going to be better then the actual class b/c its just way to many things that can be random in a PUG.

FC runs with geared players will always go to plds----bc sch and whms will shit on tanks dps.

As far tanking titan, sorry.. but ppl 5 man that so its really easy content now also.

To close I would also say that we have all been in good and bad runs, but looking at basic math knowing if a healer can out dps any tank and a pld needs less heals and can pull more packs of moms the math kinda speaks for itself. Again doing these runs 15-30ilvl over what it's tuned for really doesn't change anything. If a healer can heal you with less mana or less globals then he can dps more. So if that healer is able to out dmg you on your warrior it only means that your party would be out dmg by the same group using a pld. Unless you tailor make the run to only fit a warrior. Which really doesn't work..

Killing the wall before bees and without using limit break is a joke now days. Im not sure I would use this as an example. I think in the 15 or so runs I did in AK yesterday (19-20min each) We used LB 1 time on wall. . . That was because the extra Smn was using Grand Company book and didnt have relic or Darklight yet.
