I dunno... new aesthetics may help, but I have a feeling most people just dislike the actual tanking and/or healing play style. New jobs probably won't sway those players to stick with it.

I would prefer larger, harder dungeons that require bigger groups. Something between the standard dungeon and end-game raiding.
4 person groups are my favorite and I would hate to see them disappear. I really like them a lot.
Increase party size to 15 (like during 1.0 launch)
make it 2 Tanks, 3 Healers and 10 DPS
