SE should have had figured out how many servers they needed using all of the BETA and EA data and then doubled it... or at least have a scalable system ready in case there was a large influx of people at launch... A LOT of people decide if they want to play a game upon launch, not being able to login will cost them thousands of subs and very unneeded PR... this is just mind boggling to me that a company the size of SE (and re-releasing a MMO) is having these issues. They had very little room to win back players and reel in more at launch - and here we all are with the lovely 1017, no communication, and a thumb up our ass. WTF!
