hopefully will not get a auto response as i told them how unhappy i am with the last time they did that and directed me to NA website when i said it was EU. I just want my cait sith doll and hat =,(

Hi Demacus, yes I entered the PS3 code several times in caps, I tried in the Account Management Center, and the PS store. I am still having the problem, it wasnt a stupid question I thought that very same thing when I entered the codes several times.
Thanks for the help Kirito, but I have tried that solution several times. I keep getting my original PS3 early access code and I keep getting the same results.

Cancel your preorder and reorder. Worked for me.
So, we pre-ordered from Square Enix's EU store on Thursday. Got confirmation e-mail, but no Early Access code which is why we pre-ordered in the first place. Clock is ticking... Would appreciate if you got your stuff together Square Enix.
Are the devs aware of people pre-ordering the game, receiving their codes and then cancelling their pre-order, but still being able to use the code successfully? Will there be repurcussions or countermeasures in place for this behaviour?
