I don't agree with them calling someone else a ragebaiter either, but at the end of the day, these are all opinions. I hated cruiserweight, others loved, I loved Lightweight, other's didn't.
It's whatever, at the end of the day, does your enjoyment of cruiserweight diminish because they don't like it? Does their enjoyment of Idyllic disappears if others don't enjoy it? I would hope not.
In fairness I shoulda quoted you both with my original text of "Disagreement does not mean ragebait", sorry. I edited my original reply.
I've done UCoB-DSR on patch, got Necromancer, Lone Hero, and whatever Orthos's solo achievement was (snoozefest compared to potd). I have multiple week 1 savage kills. I have top 100 from Feast and Crystal in CC. Also cleared things like DRS on patch, did the Bozjan duels on patch, did Aloalo Savage on patch. But I'm not gonna lie, I stopped bothering with raiding (and frankly, the game in general) that much since 6.1, and just do a tier once in a while to see how things are. This expansion I probably played less than a month total, just cleared Light-heavy and Heavyweight in 1~2 weeks or so each and stopped bothering. Light-heavy in particular I didn't even bother watching guides and kinda just cleared day 4 or something, it's beyond disappointing. So I can't speak to Cruiserweight since I skipped it entirely but I can't imagine it being that much better. Also didn't even look at FRU so I cannot comment on whether it's good.
But man, I play this game like maybe like 12 days a year (something like that), I'm the epitome of "take a break and come back later", I can't possibly be "burnt out", and this game is still dreadfully boring.
Because players can't go back and do fights that intrigue them synced MINE with friends, but I guess some of you people are so convinced this game is purely vertical progression and content should never be touched again as soon as it's off-content despite the content being amazing. Unreal Savage will also come in Evercold so a lot of you people will get ego checked.
FRU was servicable but a clear downgrade from TEA-TOP in almost every aspect. The storytelling was very flawed for a story focused Ultimate, I'm still confused why they choose to include Fatebreaker (filler phase) but not Eden's Promise with her Primals. The fight should've just started with Shiva as she's far more interesting than Fatebreaker, she's a pretty good P2. P1 and P5 are far too easy on mechanics for a first and last phase of an Ultimate, it's really not acceptable quality to be honest. P3 and P4 are by far the most interesting and the highest-points of the entire fight since they have actual creative mechanics and are just awesome, so I really have nothing to criticize here besides them being slightly too short and P4 DPS check doesn't exist. Obviously Pictomancer and the subsequent power creep completely ruined the DPS checks, but at least Reaper is overpowered as shit in there right now which is fun for me. I assume DSR and TOP set the bar too high for like every aspect of what an Ultimate should be since raiders complained about them on-content which is literally the goal of Ultimate. UMAD should be much better quality though since I believe the developer who made TEA and TOP is making it. I've never done O8S, but I might do it synced before the Ultimate. Especially if it has the Warring Triad like a true FFVI Ultimate it could be the greatest of all time.
Raiding has been okay this expansion, it's really not this big improvement on Endwalker since EW had higher-highs with P8S, P12S, Criterion, DSR and TOP. Like I said I've gone back and done a lot Savage fights and most of them are a lot harder than Arcadion respective to the floor, besides Cruiserweight.
Honestly I would love to see more raids along the lines of M6S, that fight was one of the few savage fights I've gone through that I actually properly enjoyed doing - 10/10 fight.
The Dungeons in Dawntrail were very well designed.
Some on the forums would complain about how difficult some were. Only like two are three were about as easy as EW dungeons. Most provided an engaging challenge.
You can almost pin-point the times.
Savage tier was insanely fun. Criterion was fun.
From the Ultimate perspective FRU wasn't as difficult as DSR or TOP... but then again how could it be when those were the hardest ever. Maybe UMAD will surprise people.
The last Extreme of most expansions isn't really insane. Notable standouts I suppose, being Zelenia.
Extremes aren't really meant to be high end content but each of them provided its own unique challenges.
This expansion introduced Chaotic, and the Quantum difficulty for the final boss of the Deep Dungeon. Well received by players as decent challenges.
Forked Tower was complained about being too difficult for the average player.

So there you go.
If the game is too underwhelming for you, then you must be a really great player.
Maybe if you're afraid of the game getting any easier you should stop trying to get better.
