I genuinely don't know why they didn't just reach out to this artist and utilize their work somehow. They already did all the work for SE. And I will forever be salty I can't get a Beastlord weapon for DRK. ;_;

That said, I wouldn't say no to a floating Emil head as an AST weapon.

Completely agreed. The artist did such a nice job utilizing weapons from both Replicant/Gestalt and Automata. I'd hoped this would be the general direction SE would take, but they skipped weapons and a proper 9S set altogether.

The fact that the 9S set clearly exists in the game since he's in the game just makes it mindboggling to me that they didn't add his coffer to Puppet's Bunker.

Exactly, completely doable yet neglected. A sizable portion of the community was vocal about wanting 9S and A2 Material Storage Crates, the Heavy Armor set, weapons, and a flight unit mount. SE may have missed the mark on gauging interest in this raid series, but these things can still be added since they're already in the game (minus A2's gear).

You can also follow much of the story on YT if you're not feeling the grind. But yes, Re[in]carnation has some really nice outfits. Being able to use them on XIV would be great.

Yeah it exists, as a female model since 9S uses female hyur body with modified animations. They'd actually need to adapt it to Hyur Male, Lalafell and Roes.. Nothing mind boggling about it other than why they didn't do it in the first place instead of doing it for 2B's outfit.

i might have to watch some lore videos, ive played automata and I'm currently working on finishing replicatant but i now realize there's a lot more than those two and i aint got time to play all that XD

If you want more digestible story coverage, I recommend Clemps' videos on the subjects! He's covered all three Drakengard games, OG Nier, and Automata. Humor is hit or miss, I personally find him hilarious, but ymmv. Still very informative and much quicker to watch than a full playthrough, if you don't have the time for those.

There was also a massive lore video a long time ago that covered the story up until Automata.

Still super annoyed Fending didn't get the Yorha armor, like it was one of the most obvious expectations.
