Negative. 30 - 50% above asking price is nothing. Thats not even 2x the price. It doesn't matter if its 5x, 10x, or 20x the asking price. They've made an exuberant amount of money from the WoW migration. They can afford it. Not an acceptable excuse.
They've launched the early access in this state, they've had plenty of warning signs prior to this, according to FF14 veterans, this occurs every expansion. With the WoW migration, its even worse. They still have done nothing. The shortage is just that, a SHORTAGE. They are available, but the prices are skyrocketing due to supply/demand. They simply don't want to pay it.

I would also like you to give me the exact example you claim in my OP is spouting entitled BS. I was being respectful but pointing out clear issues.

Apparently, people here think "being able to use and play the game we paid for" translates into being "entitled" somehow.

The joke has winged over your head. I am part of procurement, I understand the topic of procuring items that are on shortages far more than an IT person. So I will continue talking about topics I understand while disregarding people thinking they are in the know.
