Last expansion, I got an email letting me know my code was ready with a link to log into my SE Store account and retrieve it.
Also, Early Access is active until July 5, so it's not like anyone is in danger of getting booted out.
Haven't gotten a code or any indication that my collector's edition has shipped, so I can only assume it hasn't. I was successfully charged, of course, and I got an email stating:
"Your order should ship out between 6/24/2019 and 6/28/2019 and should arrive around the release day of 7/2/2019. You should receive an email notification with the tracking number once the order leaves the warehouse. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case you do not see this notification in your inbox."
So far none of that has happened and there's nothing in my spam folder. Guess I'll just order digital from now on and save myself the bother.
Exact same story for me. Even the same e-mail. Don't waste your time with SE support. I don't think they exist. No response to e-mail, Constant busy signal on the phone. As for Web chat once they stopped having technical difficulties (sic) you just sit in a never ending queue. If I am locked out of SB after Friday ( which I suspect will happen) I will spend my free time looking for legal advise.
Finally got in touch with SE via Web Chat (after 5+ hours) only to be informed that ceded control of the store's operation to a company called Scalefast. They disavow all knowledge and responsibility for their actions (maybe they will self destruct in 5 secs). Understand SE your name is on every transaction not Scalefast. It's your reputation that is being destroyed by this, not theirs. If it were me I would take a closer interest in how they operate under my name.
My physical collector's edition just got here and I registered the code. No mount or minion yet though. Are they supposed to arrive the same day or will they be held back until official release?
Edit: My mail was full apparently. I deleted a couple and refreshed the mailbox and it showed up.
No key for me yet but I did see a player with the Fran minion. So maybe check post moogle or achievement dude?
This can't possibly be right, updating my PW for SE Store forces me to change it across the Mogstation and launcher, and vice versa. I know because I've gotten that stupid 'Suspicous Activity' email about 5 times and it took me forever to figure out they were all linked. So there's at least SOME interchange there.
Not complaining, as I don't mind the wonky registration process (2.0 launch was a nightmare learning how it all worked together though!), but it would be odd for them to be linked but run by different people.
Anyone has gotten their EU shadowbringers code yet? It's 2nd July already and the code is still not showing in the SE store. My JP friends all gotten their codes at midnight JP time so am i supposed to be receiving my code by now or in 3hrs time after the maintenance?
