I think it would be a lot less frustrating for people if there was some legit acknowledgement as its been going on for 6 hours.
Especially when their message is "just wait"

But thats the issue. I have no idea if im supposed to wait for SE to fix it, or if i should stand here spamming it for 5 hours. Its not going to calm down with waiting since pretty well no one is getting through it. So it will just get progressively worse unless SE implements a fix, and more and more ppl will get to that point and get blocked.
