Honestly, part of me isn't surprised as to how badly you've managed to mess this up SE. I know that EU law can be finicky and finding a suitable partner must be difficult, but is this really the best you can do?
JP - Codes provided instantly
NA - Codes provided instantly
UK - Wait 3 months, send a photo (I mean, who really thought this was a good idea) and maybe get your code from FuturePress?
Let's not even go into the fact that the majority of people even in the UK have never heard of this magazine, nor is it stocked in "most newsagents and supermarkets" like advertised. The fact that it wasn't announced with enough time to get a quarterly subscription for the relevant issues is reprehensible, really, and I hope that someone manages to pull their finger out and actually offer a comparable promotion where people aren't punished because of where they live.

what SE should have done when they knew they had demand in NA/EU was to do a deal with Amazon in NA/EU and ran the promos simultaneously -

Also I have severe anxiety towards taking pictures. I get very close to a panic attack when I have to get my driver's license/passport photo done. I'm going to have to push myself to that point for a mount? It's not exactly fair. -

It's a pretty backhanded way to do a promotion like this, especially for the folks who want the mount, talk about needlessly convoluted. I guess someone has to maintain the tradition of making the UK and EU customers feel like the red headed step children of their fan base, hope you folks outside the UK get a better deal when it comes around. Suppose I should be happy all I want are the outfits, so it's just one copy I need, still gotta wait until September though. :(

I think it's disgusting how difficult they have made this for EU players when compared to NA and JP players.
NA and JP were able to get things that were actually useful, we get a magazine that no one wants? Great to see the environment is also hated by SE along with the EU.
We also have to wait 2-3 months for the full thing when NA could just press a button on amazon, ridiculous.
And to top it off we are expected to e-mail the magazine company with a picture of ourselves and all codes to get the chocobo? Why would anyone want to do this.
You can't actually use the subscribe feature for the magazine as by subscribing you are too late to get the first 2 magazine's that you will need, they don't mention this on the mobile site only the desktop version.
I'm not normally angry when SE messes up, but for them to single out the EU like this is cruel when NA and JP had such a good show of this promotion.
