It happens, but don't try to make some kind of claim on some recollection you can't fully recall.
The closest thing I remember is she is referenced as part of Nidhogg and his Brood I believe.
That was in context of being different from Hraesvalgr's brood who we parleyed with in Dravanian Forelands.
So Brood in that context was part of Nidhogg's own family group but those Broods are not part of the 7.
Fairly certain she is never directly called his Brood-Sister.
But I'm not going to re-check. You're the one making the claim, so come back with the direct quote you're thinking of if you wish to refute our current understanding. -
