What do you do for fun?

I really like doing maps, though it might be just because they're so limited and I wouldn't bother so much if you could acquire them freely. I enjoy mining -- somehow more than botany even though it's exactly the same, and don't really like fishing much at all. Usually I just prefer a bit of variety. I really don't like doing the same thing over and over again, which is probably why the hunt system bothers me so much.

For fun I come onto forums and argue with people, and tell them that atma should be harder, extremes have more instant wipes, and that people watching cutscenes should be kicked.

For fun I take part in silly threads and help new people through content to make various new friends. I really like fishing, especially if someone is there to fish with.

Usually just wander around the world half naked while having silly chats in FC or with other random friends. That's my ultimate downtime. Just being social. Occasionally someone will call me disgusting for refusing to put clothes on and, hey, that's as good a conversation starter as any :rolleyes: Other times people will try to /em lick me in DF (don't ask....) but it's all those interactions that make the game fun for me.

Fishing is not that bad when you try to get some big fish. With the correct weather & time, it can keep you busy and you can watch movie while fishing

I do a 2nd relict upgrade for fun.
Once you finished a relict, you start to miss it after a while.

Right now i like training for scob (though there is always that one frustrating group lol), maps and crafting/gathering. I am.also leveling my pld and it's been a lot more fun since I got shield oath.

I like to entertain myself with unusual party compositions. Be it Titan HM with 1 tank and 7 WHM's or trying 4 player dungeons without a Tank but 3x DPS. It is amazing how many dungeons you can play without essentially needing a Tank.

I also like to do silly ingame achievements for Fun, no matter how tedious and unnecessary they are lol.

I wreck fools in PvP.

I just stand around in popular leveling areas as WHM and heal/buff people if they look like they need the help. Pretty fun seeing how much more confident people get knowing they're being healed as they try out new rotations and not having to worry about messing up.

I get the most fun from roleplaying, especially when RPing a more lighter toned, comedic scene. It's like being part of a play. :) I also like PvPing, even though I mostly do it just for the glamour and the past week it hasn't been exactly fun. Fumbling with my personal house and crafting outfits/furniture is also something I enjoy.

Can't forget Hildibrand. The questline doesn't really give any great rewards, the cutscenes themselves are the fun. Pretty much any sidestory with cool cutscenes is what I deem fun. (No I don't mean that optional quest where there's a cutscene of your character talking to an NPC with the same camera-angles and talking-emotes as the previous 100 other quests.)
