Birthday in game gift! can we have it?

I would be elated if my retainer brought me a Nameday cake on my character's birthday. <3

I wouldn't mind this idea at all as long as the rewards were those costume consumables that turn you into some of the different mobs and creatures seen around the in game world like they had in XI.
