Nice vid. I liked how you matched your cutting with the music, it starts off really well and keeps the viewer entertained. But then in the middle with the standing still scenes where you show the clouds moving it gets a bit boring, and then for a bit the scenes you picked and how you put them together gets weird.

Then you move back to what you where doing in the beginning and it ends pretty well. Overall really enjoyed game music vid, be proud because not many people can pull them off easily. I think if you do more you'd make some really awesome vids. *thumbs up*

Oh yeah I like that you used different angles in your shots too.

edit: Don't worry too much about people not liking your choice of music, that's going to happen pretty much no matter what unless you pick something we all know and love. As long as the music matches well with your movement and what you are trying to show, you are doing well.

Oh please, I said it was beautiful did I not? Am I not entitled to my opinion saying that eorzea is a bland place that has nothing much more to show than what was shown in the video?

Of all the post bashing his video/choice of music/editing skills, you pick mine to bash, really? I didn't say anything to hurt the OP, the vid is nice and the clips he chose are beautiful. I still think that Eorzea is a bland world that lacks badly of uniqueness and diversity.

Was not meant to be a "kill joy", sorry if the truth hurts you so much.

I have nothing against you but I think you are overreacting a bit too much. What I said was civil and I had every right to state my opinion on the matter. Even if it has been stated over and over, I still can do it if I wish to.

I do agree that people could be a little more polite when critisizing the video, obviously there was work put into it and the video in itself is great and nicely done. People can have their opinion but there's no call really to just say that in such a mean way.

I'm also one of those japanophiles lol. I made this video a while back , didn't really spend as much time as i did with the other video and also didn't have many in-game clips to go with, so i added cutscences and turned out ok i guess. Also has one of my favorite jpop songs. ;)

Very good video and song ^^ liked it a lot. I have tried to wander to some of those places, reaching some, dying in the attempt in others. Keep em' coming.

hopefuly the enviroments get crazy lookin when they unlock the rest of the game.

Sorry, It may have been a nice try, but there is such better, more creative videos out there on FFXIV. Example Traveling Jake. When you make a video showing off "the world" its hard to be positive when the world sucks. It like giving a video tour of my bathroom, its not fun or interesting, not many people care for it...and it has a funny smell when i do my biznass.

At least your trying something, which i give you credit for, but id say choose something different, like LS events you do, your random going ons, or get creative.
