I have been having issues with the game client kicking me out for no reason.
Name of ISP: Google Fiber 1 Gbps up and down. Sometimes I will get to 750 Mbps downstream and 850 Mbps upstream. (Also I can give my IP address if it is necessary, please PM me if you need it.)
Residence: Kansas City, Missouri, United States
Occurrence: 15 minutes after logging in, everytime I login.
Other Notes: I have logs on my Network Box saying that the connected service is a PTP connection. Also I have talked to Google Fiber and they told me to contact the tech support of the game I am playing. Also I have noticed it doing it when I am doing a lot when I am doing some type of battling and in instance servers. This has been affecting me since the start of the game. Any help would be appreciated. Also I am running PS3 version that has the bug, PC is fine.
Thanks,
Marek M.
ISP: Comcast
Country: USA
Occurance: started on 4/5, pretty consistent
No reference number, nothing going on from their end and the issue only happens while playing FF.
ISP: Comcast
Country: USA (East Coast -- Atlanta)
Occurrence: also started around the release of patch 2.21, has been terrible ever since, with a 5 second pause every minute or so. Happens all times of the day, from off peak (4 AM EST on a Thursday) to peak (8PM EST on a Saturday), doesn't make a difference. Definitely global, as in things like casts, macros, etc are causing delays, and getting a lot of the "rubber band" effect.
I've tried taking this up with Comcast and Tata, because after investigation it looks like there's a lot of packet loss at Tata (AS 6453) 66.198.96.58 and iWeb 67.205.127.214, who I think hosts SE's servers in Montreal. Neither Comcast (my residential connection) nor Tata (who I'm not a customer of) have no interest in helping me at this point. Comcast (AS 7922) peers directly with Tata, but they won't escalate the case and it's the only internet connection I have in my condo :(
If I can't get resolution I'll definitely have to put my subscription on hold -- Titan Ex is simply unplayable, especially for a healer.

ISP: Sky Broadband
Country: United Kingdoms (Scotland)
Occurance: Before 2.2 patch there were rare lag spikes or random server boots. After 2.2 it just happens frequently throughout the game. Only exception where I don't get boot from server is when I'm afk and literally not moving.
The monthly subscription will be cancelled. Unfortunately, if I can't play, I don't particularly want to pay.

ISP: Time Warner Cable

- When does the problem occur: Everyday since the beginning of April. Especially from about 13:00 GMT+1 to 24:00 GMT+1. Character frezee and I cannot interact with anything. It seems that it can't retrieve data from server (duty finder always shows "obtaining data") but if I write something people are able to read me.

When does the problem occur: Sporadically
I used to play using WiFi, but found that the latency ("lag") always got me killed in Titan EX. I've since switched to wired Ethernet and that issue went away.
However, while debugging I set up a monitoring system to ping Hyperion as well as a system located in the USA. (I do this sort of stuff for a living.)
Hyperion:

System located in the US:

The monitoring system I have is on wireless, so it's possible some of the loss is attributable to that. However, it's obvious there's connectivity issues to Hyperion in general. It's also possible that Comcast (or one of the links in between) is dropping pings deliberately, but that's entirely speculative.
In any case, I still see "lag" every so often, but it hasn't been a show-stopper recently. I don't have a ticket in with my ISP.
Hope this helps.

I don't know if it's because if p2p throttling or something to do with trace routes that the last maintenance was suppose to fix, but I have been having serious lag spikes for the last couple weeks. Connection was fine before that. If this continues I don't think I'll be able to play this game.

I've spoken with charter and they DO NOT throttle their customers. I've never had this kind of issue before, but wired AND wireless, I get these lag spikes and random disconnects. It's become atrocious. I can't do instances properly or even quest on another character with this severe lag.

ISP: Comcast
Location: Maryland, USA
Occurrence: Error 90,000 followed by 3102 every day, usually during EU prime time on Odin. Worst Friday-Sunday, with lag spikes on Tuesdays. My modem shuts off completely when it happens. Occasionally happens in the middle of the night during NA time. Only happens with FFXIV.
ISP: Time Warner
Location: Texas, USA
Occurence: Frequent 90k error followed by lobby server disconnection. In particular, after 5pm, but frequent on the weekends, also. However, there are "near disconnects" all the time. These can be characterized as all characters on the screen standing still and not responding to hits, then suddenly "catching up" (rubber-banding) or, while crafting, pressing anything (Basic Synth, for example) and not being able to press anything else for 15 seconds or so. Even switching gearsets can sometimes take 15 seconds or more. Meanwhile, Another machine in the house can be watching netflix glitch-free with no pauses or "buffering".
Connection rating: 50Mbps down/5Mbps up (and verified through speedtest.net and large downloads from the likes of intel, ESRI, autodesk, and microsoft, wherein I can average 5MBytes/sec download)
Also, current routing takes me through the as6453 backbone (although, it started out going through level3.net, then cogentco). Running PingPlotter, I do see some percent packet loss in various of those hops, but, as that is only ICMP packet loss, I don't think it matters.
