Of course! Even Ravana is partly human.
But let's not kid ourselves, there's degrees to traditional (real life) human/non-human characteristics

If you're going to quote me quot me correctly
My argument is my argument and it's completely different from what you're stating I said. Ravana and Ifrit traditionally human by your standardsQuote:

A quick glance proves my point; skewed to non-human characteristics on the tall side, skewed to human characteristics on the short side.Quote:
Even a quick glance at this screenshot you just posted proves that is false.
The irony, when you run out of any valid points as it pertains to the topic at hand you go straight to ad hominem. I wonder when the name calling comes.

I'll bring it back on topic
When tall, the choices are as far away from traditional human as a Japanese rpg allows

We've had ad hominem for a while now.
just because you can't even fathom why someone would want something different than you, we all have to be sex pests right?

You keep saying they're not human like, and I say your view on "human-like" is distorted
Tall characters have a wide range of options from a stylized bulky roe, to the body type every tall person i know is elezen (albeit maybe not executed TO PERFECTION), to handsome devils of Au Ra, to your standard human male highlanders.
Are not bunny ears and a bunny nose too inhuman for you too?
And once again what about the short characters? All they've got arthritis cats and babies with mustaches. No elegant options there.
You do realize that adding another short option will push the average height down, and will let you play your very human highlander and feel taller than even more people without feeling like "a wow monster" instead of contributing to this goldilocks arms race of trying to appease someone who just cannot find the ABSOLUTE PERFECT example of tall human.
Let me ask, what changes would you make to the five existing tall characters to "fix" them for you?
Good thing literally no one presented that as the only reason why someone would demand another tall race without ample amounts of context and specificity to leave room for good faith.
Uh huh. How have I offended you so maybe I can clear up my intentions? Cause from where I am I can't see anything I've done thats rude that I haven't explained to death. Or is this comparison just because I'm active, haven't found a reason to change my opinion on their character design, but am still actively trying to engage with OP and figure out what exactly is going to make him happy? I'm treating this as a conversation and am holding myself to that standard, not suddenly treating this as some kind of formal debate, whipping out an argumentative hierarchy when someone comes at me in an obvious conversational tone. Cause uh, that is certainly a take. I guess.
I think we already have the perfect tall humans, and maybe they are after large and massive monster style races other then Hrothgar and Roegadyn? Since let's he honest, those bodies wouldn't survive its own weight as is, with the monstrous proportions they have, especially a maxed out male Roe.
