What are you talking about? We expected stuff like this from the get go. People just didn't want to believe us. =/

I'm honestly speechless.
The only thing we brought to the table was reliable, high numbers healing. They've stripped us of our primary buff, passed it around to the other OP healing classes, reduced AST's RNG and made all of our new abilities dependent on it.
Who honestly thought this was a good direction to take WHM? Do they want to kill it entirely? Pass everything over to AST?
I really dislike the WHM changes. It has been my main since the start and I just feel so sad reading the changes. And I especially hate that they took Divine Seal from us and gave all the healers a weaker version of it.
It is especially unfathomable why they would add so much RNG to WHM. How can you add RNG to a class you want to be a pure healer? It just doesn't add up. So you are making me overheal by giving me a proc that has a chance to proc another proc so that I have a chance to heal more just in case my party needs it. Why in the world would you add RNG to healing?!?!
I dunno what comment to even make on these changes. I suppose we can look forward to temp fixes in 4.2 at some point xD
Like Belhi stated, sounds pretty straight forward.
You build up lilies. You use a skill, and then lilies are used and shortens the cooldown (recast timer) for that skill only. Tetra, for example, goes from 60s to 48s recast. So the next Tetra can be fired in 48 seconds. Get more lilies, use another skill, reduce the recast timer on that skill. It only affects the next skill you use, no other skills are affected.
That's how I understood it.
It's fine, it's also my own fault for assuming Cure is still 400 potency, didn't know they buffed it to 450.
On the other hand.... Sch physick is still 400 potency, and Lily's Embrace has been reduced from 300 to 250 potency.
Additional Edit :
Noct Sect AB's shield have been buffed to insane levels, previously its 250 potency with 170% shield = 425 shield potency.
Now in SB, 200 potency with 300% shield = 600 shield potency.
All hope isn't lost yet; this new content may demand more healing GCD's that's NOT AT ALL A BAD THING FOR HEALERS IN GENERAL. Esp those that want to feel more like a HEALER ROLE (classical understanding). LET'S PRAY............ something like this is the case......b/c it does look a bit gloomy (from current content lenses). :(
