Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Since 2.1, I've been having issues. Temporary fixes can solve it for a few days or a week, and now there is nothing that works for me (not even WTFast anymore)

- Everyday continuously every 2-5mins.. most noticeable in Duty Finder when i get long delays on skills and any action. i would also guess this is the reason i get errors everytime i try to patch the game. Causing me to have to try no end of times just to get it patched.

It happens all the time. The times when it gets worse varies. I had constant 90k's for a bit at 2.1, now I'm getting them after the 2.16 patch. There are times where it's unplayable; where I log in from a 90k only to get another 90k. Then a 3102. Then a 2002. And repeat.

I can't do instances - they're fu~ll of long lag spikes with (you guessed it!) occasional 90k's.

Did you try contacting Linkem? I have the same problems with Linkem too, and was thinking to contact them even if I am sure they will help not at all.

They should move their QA team over to my home and see what goes on at times lol

ADDENDUM: Something else the Technician had me do.
- I use a Wi-Fi connection on my PC.
- He had me power down my PC and remove and reseat my USB Ethernet Adapter.
- That definitely cleared up my connection issues.
- Apparently, when Windows Update does it automatic pushes; sometimes it can screw up the drivers for a USB Ethernet Adapter. Reseating the device will make Windows reload the drivers.

Another option he suggested, go WIRED instead of WIRELESS.

I may not have the best laptop, but it seems ridiculous that I lag to the degree that I am, and everytime I perform an action, like speaking to an npc/questgiver, or attune to a aethernet crystal I my character freezes in place for several minutes. Also actions such as emotes take several minutes to work, and attack visuals do as well. Some attacks don't even activate their additional abilities right away.

Started yesterday, I've never had any disconnects before this! I'm playing on a wired connection.

- When does the problem occur: Constantly, rubberbanding and 90k errors. Making the game unplayable for me.

Please investigate! :(

While I know it's a waste of time.. this probably my 4th time posting here since early last Fall.. it has been much, much worse last few days. Already 5 90k dc's this morning. I mean there is a point where you just have to stop playing for good. I think it's incredibly sad and pathetic after all the work they did on the game to do this to so many players and not a single response.

Not even gonna waste my time giving my ISP again as it's not their issue.

What i find annoying is i did a ping test and my ping is 30 to there servers, yet the constant disconnects, rubberbanding and lagged skill delays is ridiculous. I really enjoyed this game, up to this point..... and ill most likely be unsubscribing since this is clearly a waste of time. Would appreciate more if we had acknowledgement as a minimum, but that doesn't seem like itll happen, let alone a fix. :/

It doesn't seem to be getting any better... I got error 90000 in Gridania about 3 hours ago and haven't been able to get back on since.

Problem Occurs: It used to be constantly after 2.1 initially launched but got "better" (as in, not as bad) over the months afterwards. Now it's sporadic.

I'm currently wired to the router (which is on the second shelf of my bookshelf, so that it is above any electrical interference from my PC, consoles, TV, cable box & modem.) Sadly, it's out of the hands of what Comcast can do, and I cannot afford to use services such as WTFast and won't use them on principle (ideally, nobody should have to).

Played for my first month just fine, after I payed for my second month of the game I started getting this issue not that it has anything to do with it. Guess they are just flagging it as P2P now. My internet rockets into the ground until I get booted offline.

Edit: This is the only online game that lags. No complaints in the house with other game lag (either pc or consoles). My downloads are always max speed.

Time- Not 100% sure, I resubbed this afternoon after a few months off due to financial issues. Worked perfectly fine on release but after 2.1 it seems that Im getting occasional lag spikes. People stopping and then running is all Ive run into so far. I only played consistently from about 9 to 11 and I got the occasional lag spike during it.

I have no reference number as I havent called yet, It's late and I dont want to be on the phone for an hour or two at 12am. Will call them in the morning, though I doubt I'll get very far.

I decided not to call them directly, I used their help email to mail them my Trace Route during Prime hours. In response they told me there was nothing they could do about a Third Party Network. My problems arose from these IP's:
