This bug will be addressed in 1.19, sorry for the inconvenience but it you can wait little more would appreciate it. Thanks for reporting.

Rep Response - 08/10/11 Visually see aoe/range effective area

Puripuri started a thread on being able to see (visually) the aoe effect range for spells, WS, or if you're in range attack distance

Unlike the NPC you suggested, we're looking into a personal box where you can store items. Can't say when yet but if you could please wait.
