Me as Tank: *Waits for Healer who's watching the cutscene*
DPS: *Skips and runs head first into boss*
*Proceeds to get mad at me for letting him die*
Srsly tho I pull fast and if I am not pulling there is a reason for it, but I've still had a Healer go afk without saying anything and I notice it and wait.
Then the DPS runs head first all the way to the wall and pulls all of it, and then the Healer comes back and gets mad at me for telling the DPS not to pull rofl.
Some people just have this weird idea and overly-defensive mentality in their head when Tanks want to be the ones pulling it's almost like dealing with children who you tell not to do something and then they want to do it just because you told them not to.
People are so hyper critical towards Tanks and go on about '' ego problems '' etc but then are so forgiving towards DPS pulling a bunch of shit and acting like toddlers who had too much sugar and just make the run unpleasant and cause wipes because they're not paying attention at all.
99% of the time if the Tank isn't pulling there is a reason for it this includes if they're not doing wall to wall pulls, usually it's fine but when a Healer can't keep up I notice.
Am I supposed to just insist on overpulling regardless?
The same goes if the Tank isn't comfortable with it and aren't capable of it, what's even the point of trying to force them to do it and stress them out....
