I don't get why people are so anti-job-matching-class? How can the properly balance white mage if it's paired up with lancer for example? They'll gain access to a full polearm skillset and then the top-tier heals too? LEt's say this is balanced with points invested in stats. You'll either end up with a white-mage-lancer who can hit well but can't heal or vice-versa. Don't you think that's needlessly convoluted? Wouldn't it be better to keep it simple (for balancing sake) and maintain the armoury system's skill crossover (with some limits imposed) for customisation?
