I have pinged the server multiple times with about a 88ms rate, even at peak hours. Reset router, contacted cable company, tested internet speed, and more.

Since that update I've been getting lag spikes about every 1-2mins that last for about 5-10 seconds. It's not just in dungeons and Duty Finder that it happens either. It happens constantly while crafting even when I'm in a place where there's no one around. Seems to get worse as the days go by as well as I had a lag spike today that lasted for almost 30 seconds. Can't play like this at all..it's frustrating and damn near impossible trying to fight a Primal especially Titan!! Lag spike there = epic fail

It is extremely important for me to point out that I have two characters; one on Excalibur(NA) and one on Gungnir(JP) and this problem ONLY occurs on Excalibur whereas my gameplay is 100% (ONE HUNDRED PERCENT) smooth on Gungnir. There is definitely a link between SE's NA servers as well as our ISP. I do the same end game content on both characters and it is extremely noticeable when I switch over from beautiful smooth gameplay on Gungnir to the lag/freeze fest that is Excalibur. Recently something new has been happening as of yesterday (12/6/13) where everything will freeze until the dungeon or boss fight is over, but my chat will continue to work smoothly and I will be able to communicate with people in my FC in real time, but not in my party until the lag is gone.
As an example, I helped an FC member through The Praetorium and on the final boss I stayed completely frozen from about 90% of his HP until the cutscene started, letting me know he had been killed during the time I was lagged out. I didn't 90k and I was able to communicate to him through FC chat but not party.

The problem is most sever when in dungeons and HM primal fights, but it also happens outside instanced locations. The most notable areas seem to be heavily populated zones like South Shroud where there are many fates as well as many popular mining and botany locations. The problem is compounded when my wife logs in to play with me. It seems the problem is almost doubled. Alone, it's a chore to participate in EG content, but together we are totally unable to participate in content together which completely kills our ability to play together and enjoy content together.
I have spent days apon days trying to locate some kind of solution to the problem, but nothing has proven helpful. I only hope something is done about this so I can resume normal play.

This has only been a big problem the last month or so. Before that there were no big lag spikes like now. My wife mentioned that she had some lag, but it was nothing on the level that we experience now where everything but us stops for 5 or so seconds before we can interact with things again.

My lag is kind of odd. I didn't get it so much about a month ago but a couple of my FC members have had it for a while. As far as when it occurs, it seems to be during 5:00 EST and can last a while, well into the night. Sometimes never even goign away. At first I just chalked it up to lolPS3 since I lagged some, but when I started to help out with Titan the other day for people and get slayed with instant cast Weight of the Land, or doing Turn 2 and missing nearly every BRD stun because it appears to go off instantly. Similiar to everyone else, I'm getting issues when it hits atlas.cogentco.com.
900o error codes happens through day and night. no specific time/date or what I am doing. Even happens when I am only person playing the game at home.

I have a brand new PC that I built myself. It should be able to run this game multiple times over at max settings.
( I've turned down the settings all the way and reset PC, router, modem and nothing makes it stop lagging )

Avoiding AoE attacks is nearly impossible without a tunneling program.
How many reports and pages does SE need to have an impression of the problem? I fear this forum will explode once this threads reaches a four digit number lol.
It is one thing to ask for help and make people send reports but this thread is ongoing since months and not a single sign of feedback from DEV's so far in it. Very couraging. Reminds me of the "All Relic progress lost" thread. Each day a new victim but never a feedback or sign of solution to the problem.

Looks like this has been going on for a while now. There's no possible resolution to all of this? I'm seeing that the trafficking is what's going wrong, but if its not in the hands of the ISP, then where does it turn to?

It's been like this since day one. I transferred my character to a JP server, tonberry, as the signal to those servers were "excelent", while the signal to EU servers are just "good". I belive it's alittle better on the JP servers, or maybe it's just in my head.
