One thing that would help with apartments and fc rooms (and houses) would be to give better base wall and dye options and remove or give the option to remove the interior windows. As it is, we are stuck with the default style of the location (Oasis, Riviera, etc) and we only have a choice of white wallpapers or unique wallpapers with motives and no possibility to even dye the walls. If we don’t like the walls and style, we have to cover them with partitions which immediately results in a significant loss of item slots and space before even starting the real decoration work.Quote:

As the owner of a shiro 60 house, I am happy to have it, and its an unique plot to have, it's also very scarce, and on top of the amazing location, it's rare and gives you that feeling of "I reached my goal and got what I wanted, even if it took a long time"
Then all of a sudden, you are going to dump a shiro 60 house for literally every single player in the game, rending its uniqueness absolutely inexistant, and it'll just become a plot like a small shiro thats on the hill, once you'll invite people over to your plot, they wont tell you "damn this is a nice location", or "well done getting it", they'll just look at it and be like "meh" because its literally non unique and everyone will have one.
I know Jojoya and many other posters will disagree, and that's okay, some things are meant to be unique, and housing as it is is one of them, not everyone will get one, and that's okay, if they cant get one at all, there is also world transfer as an alternative to a less populated world (dynamis for NA in particular) -

What you want is to remove the pride and satisfaction from housing, reducing it to something that is worth absolutely nothing. -

My Mist 60 is just as rare as your Shiro 60. There are only 30 of each per world (or 60 if you want to include the main ward despite the different orientation for sunrise/sunset). Yet I would be just as happy if everyone who wanted a Mist 60 could get one. It's fun to go around to see how others decided to decorate (or not in a few cases) compared to what I've done.
Guess it's a good example of the challenges facing game developers as they have to decide which type(s) of player should be the focus of their design decisions. -
