Anyone order the ps3 version from SE and get a code for PC? If so, have you gotten this resolved yet? What did you do? No answer from support. 24 hours now.
Just so SE knows (being optimistic that they will read this), it isn't just people who ordered from PSN and isn't just 1.0 or Legacy members. It isn't just people who ordered in August. I am not a Legacy member. I did not order from PSN. I ordered back in June from SE itself. I am having the same message of No Valid or Active Service. I checked my SE Member account. The game shows registered. I checked my SE Account Management site. Again it shows registered. My PSN account is linked to my SE account. I have done all that I know to do. I submitted a ticket through their email, but SE won't be in the office to read it until Monday. I can't do chat or even call because they won't be in until Monday. I bought the (PS3) CE. Without Early Access, that is one expensive art book!

Ok, I just receive the Refund Mail and I use it to Start de Download of the "Updated" Client...
But now I have 2 Services Accounts... ?? O.o
Can someone please explain me what's happening??
