Can you non-standard Reaper be played with Skillspeed instead of CRIT like a Black Mage?

They are players whose goals is to fill 99.9% of the globals in a fight with something, as well as doing the 'Parser Game'. For them, figuring out what is the best GCD before the fight ends is top goals. They do care a lot about min-maxing every little sliver of stat.
It's fine, they do what they must to have fun. I personally find that kind of thing way too stressful for me, because the fights ends up feeling almost like a spreadsheet, which is exactly the reason why I don't enjoy healing in this game.
I do like to play my jobs well (which is not much these days), regardless of not going to such extremes for min-maxing when I try high end content.
The ability to make a pf and queue in to FC is the change that makes the content doable.
The instance locking is a change that prevents sniping/griefing.
The first is a solution to the dev failure to make the content playable by any reasonable metric.
The second is a solution to community behavioral issues. Especially because this also ships with the ability to see how many ciphers people have put in. It's a pre-emptive measure to prevent some bad actor from hoarding up on ciphers to force their way into a premade run.
I cannot stress enough that this change only does one single thing, and that is prevent snipers/griefers from trying to throw a wrench into 48 other players organizational efforts.
Whoever designed this entrance method to Forkyou Tower should be fired
I don’t understand the whole cipher lotto entry anyway… just make it one per person. The only point to being able to put in more would be to try to make it more likely you will get in than someone else, which makes no sense when this really can’t be done without organizing groups. Burning the cipher at the reliquary itself is cute and immersive to the story, but it would’ve fit better if we had that for a Normal mode, and put the current version as a direct entry in the Duty Finder with PF.
TBF, nothing in this game should require more than ingame markers because the game is far too simplistic anyway and all of the group content is artificial difficulty. 8/24/whatever people each doing their own thing and if one makes a mistake all blow up... yawn. There is no real teamplay and this is not a real MMO. At least not when compared to WoW where even Vanilla was like 5D chess compared.
Or better yet, they use 0,0001% of the money this game brings in and make a solo trust/duty bot version for everything. The people with friends...REAL friends not PF hey, bye people can still do it together if they want. That would really fix a lot of issues.
