I like his UI. Somehow. Very clean. Without Provoke, Ultimatum and Shirk. And all other role actions.
Why doesnt ppl meld at least V-materias in their gear? Lets just go full skillspeed and tenacity instead!?

I still stand by what I said on page one about this kind of behavior being horrible. I don't care how awful someone plays, these kinds of comments don't do anything to help.
However...
If what the other players from your party are saying is true (and with your track record, I'm inclined to believe them) your "play style" is painting a huge target on your back. There is no crime in not being perfect, god knows that no one else is, but not having any idea what you are doing in group content and worse, refusing to listen or communicate with your party, is detrimental to seven other people. This kind of behavior is no more acceptable than the message that prompted you to start this thread. It's hard to feel pity for you when you bring this down on yourself with your flat-out refusal to improve.
You deserved to be kicked. Not because you were bad, but because you won't listen to your party and don't seem to know how to properly process and apply criticism. Advice and even criticism isn't inherently bad and receiving it doesn't automatically make you a victim.
Oh lawd. Look up Mystic's FFlogs. Let THAT speak for itself.
Lock this thread and move on.
This thread was pretty funny. Starting out with everyone saying that's awful report them for such abuse! Then slowly more information comes out and the tone shifts. TBH that "insult" was funny as hell. If someone messaged me that after kicking me I wouldn't even be mad I'd be laughing my ass off, guess it's just two different kinds of people.

Pretty bad, coming from me :3
Thread just reconfirms my belief that humans are terrible in general. I'll just be over here decorating my house and waiting for the nukes and clowns to:

i'm kinda surprised profanity words aren't filtered honestly
I'm gonna be the token bad guy here and go with...nah, you haven't. The problem is that, if what was said by somebody in that party was true, then this is the second time you've jumped the gun and pulled the victim card, and got exposed incredibly quickly. If it was true. If you had learned your mistake in the past, and everything said by that other party member is true, then you would have communicated with the party that was obviously trying to reach out to you.
If everything was true, you should not have been able to pull the boss off the MT. Which means, if what was said is true, either you stayed in tank stance, you spammed the hell out of your enmity combos, or a combination of both; and then didn't know what to do in the event that you accidentally took the MT role. Gear disparity isn't that high in Alphascape right now that you can just snatch aggro without using a combination of those two.
If everything was true. Screenshots from the other side would be nice to see, but the issue is that you have done this once before, and got called out on it very fast. And it's looking like it's happening again. I'm not one to look up your logs on account of being incredibly lazy. But it doesn't look like you've really learned from the last time.
...If everything is true, that is.
Hey, at least he must have learned how to keep aggro (a major complaint from the first thread) if he was able to pull the boss off the MT and keep it.
Other than that, yeah it sounds like OP missed the "big picture." Probably one of the most important parts of the game is communicating with your party. Shutting them out is the mistake that you should be working on correcting before all else.
and to think this thread all started because of that abusive comment
justified or not the person only has themselves to blame for giving a troll fuel to the fire
I can't speak for the rest of this thread, but as far as other hotbars go, it is possible to have skills set on hidden hotbars that you can use without the need to swap. I do this myself as some skills/items I just don't need to see. Granted mine are more for basic things (LB, sprint, mounts, party marks, etc), but I'm sure there are some combat skills that would be OK to put on a hidden bar, assuming you are very aware of cooldowns, etc.
if the other tank was going to mt, You should of said something, You never said ONCE about having a issue with me stealing the boss, i would of went damage aot, but your clearly denying the fact, and i also didn't reply to any chats because it's kinda hard to type while doing a boss.
Its generally assumed whoever pulled is going to be the MT. Its rude to pull the boss off of them unless there's a tank swap, which don't happen in any normal raids at the moment. Its also disruptive because you taking aggro changes the way the boss is facing making it more difficult for melees. And also, generally PLDs don't main tank if there's another type of tank in the party.
Wow. This thread was a ride. Thank you, OF.
it's kinda sad when a simple thread gets total chaos when a bunch of elitists invade it.
No one should ever have to tell anyone that they have an issue with boss-stealing.
The tank who pulls is the MT, the other expected to go into off-tank-stance and focus on dealing damage instead of even touching their aggro-rotation. Stealing a boss is very, very, very bad taste and you not realising that shows only that you might have improved from only using shield lobe to hold aggro but still dont understand how this game or team-play works.
I'm sorry, this is probably making me angrier than it should, but... what the hell? "Please dont rip aggro off the maintank" isnt something you need to be told in current endgame content, common sense should be able to tell you that! (And as paladin you should actually prefer to OT, since it benefits a lot of your skills)
You are not supposed to fight over aggro with your Co-Tank - you are both fighting that boss together. You're fighting that boss with your party. You are supposed to work with your party - not against them.
Getting close to grab aggro? Use Shirk on your MT, to help them keep aggro and ensure a smooth run.
You called this "witchhunt" sad... I call it sad that you havent really learned from last time, because you made two crucial-mistakes back then: The first one was not understanding how tanking works, which is forgiveable in general, a bit less forgiveable in content past level 30. But the second mistake was not owning up to that mistake and to play the victim-card instead.
And you're repeating that second mistake right here. Insults might be uncalled for, but you lying about "no one (especially not you) playing badly" and you not making any mistakes, only for it later to be revealed that you still havent grasps how tanking, and specially working together with your party works, is pretty damn sad.
I honestly feel more sorry for the 7 people who must have believed that they were being trolled than for someone whos playing the "victim" and "I'm new!"-card but unable to perform very basic stuff like teamwork, Shirk, non-aggro-combos and not stealing aggro...
Let me tell you that you might have imrpoved from only using Shield Lobe, but that you still have a long way to go - personally I would advice you to look at your skills and hotbars first and arrange them in a way thats beneficial. I see Royal Blade lurking around in a corner, while Rage of Halone gets two prime-spots on your first hotbar, which indicates you're using Halone a lot more than Royal Blade - you shouldnt, specially not as OT. Clean up those hotbars and think of a way that allows you to access the skills you should be using most (Royal Blade, the DoT, Holy Spirit) in easy to reach spots, with less used ones (Rage of Halone-Combo) a bit further off.
I'm most willing to give you more advice on paladin - because even though you might have improved, the "report" we got about your performance indicates that you have a bit more improving to do if you really want to succed in endgame-group-content.
nobody was playing the victim card or lying, if anyone it was my fault and i own up to it, but i'd gladly ask everyone to stop lecturing me over my mistakes, just because a couple bad experiences isn't going to stop me from tanking. i think your bit over exaggerating.
You just said that you need to be told not to rip aggro of MTs - and obvious mistake that you dont even seem to be aware off making. How are you supposed to improve upon those things if people dont tell you?
You also claimed that:
Which, as sorry I am to say that, you clearly were, if that report of the run is to be believed (and why shouldnt we believe it? You even confirmed yourself that you ripped aggro of the MT which isnt only bad play but also bad etiquette.)
So if you werent lying at that point, you were unaware of you making pretty obvious mistakes that you shouldnt make anymore in level 70, wether that content is a week or a year old.
I'm not trying to justify the insult you recived, I still think they should have handled the issue with just removing you silently. And while I'm not saying you deserved that insult, I hope you do realise that your poor and bad play got you into a situation yet again in which a party felt the need to remove you from a duty to clear it in an enjoyable way, because you're not able to do, because you dont communicate with your party and lack basic understanding of common "strageties (like: dont steal aggro) and how to play your class.
Sorry, if this thread didnt went the way you wanted to - with everyone telling you how terrible you were treated (and the treatment was infact not very nice).
But let me tell you that I'm asking the thread-question "What is it with people?" way, way more often about players who need to improve on very basic concepts in endgame content - "What is it with people that they've reached level 70 and still dont understand how a tank-swap works?" - "What is it with people who reached level 70 and still dont know to drop tank-stance when offtanking?" - "What is it with people not knowing how Shirk works and how to use it?" (...granted, that one is naive and wishful thinking).
Comments like these do not help. Just because things are getting picked apart, or you don't like what's being said, it doesn't mean that the opposition is now full of elitists.
I think a little self-awareness would go a long way here. If you have things to learn/improve upon, hey, no big deal! The rest of us are in that same boat as well. However, it seems like whenever advice is given to you, you start tuning it out. You mentioned you have nothing to learn -that's just crazy talk. Being in denial is helping no one.
While the person in your screenshot obviously crossed a line, you don't need to take all advice given as a personal attack. Most people mean well in this game, and it wouldn't hurt to try and listen now and then to see how it can improve your gameplay.
