I know! I don't see the women any more ferocious than the men appearance wise, though. Personally I think this looks fairly intimidating as is, though it looks like something that would fit right at home in the Persona or SMT series... perhaps that's why it looks more intimidating than pretty much every other monster.

The great fairy would actually work well for nightmare fuel though. XD I think that's the only thing in OoT that gave me chills... and IMHO, the Agitha comparison is weak at best.

You seem to be overlooking the fact that this is a catch up patch; they usually offer less in the way of progression content in favor of more QoL content, alternatives to upgrading current tier gear, and less in endgame battle content, but still endgame content overall. And I believe it was Yoshi-P himself that once said "endgame" is an all-encompassing term that includes crafting, gathering, housing, glamours, and naturally battle content, both PvE and PvP. I myself like battle content more than anything in game, but that's not to say a catch up patch to me is completely useless if it doesn't offer battle content proportional to a progression patch.

If you are truly that disappointed, clear the main scenario now and in March, then take a break til Stormblood. Let the rest enjoy what they will.
