I'd rather they just add an additional effect to the River of Blood trait:

If BL/RoD are reset by either WB and VB when not on cooldown, potency will increase up to 2 times.

I had 2drg 1 blm 1 brd (me) and we hit enrage in Alex 1 at 15%. So no, its bad players being bad not bard dps being bad, (my tank friend was parsing and I had done nearly 100k total dmg more than 2nd best dps (drg) and blm had done nearly 200k less dmg)

He'll I've even cleared it with 2 brd 1mch 1nin
