To be more specific, Only jobs can use LB3 which are those awesome looking flashy moves specific to each job as demonstrated in a video.

But still, classes are still screwed in the patch notes as All new actions are for Jobs. Like Blizzard IV and Fire IV for BLM instead of THM, Stone III and Aero III for WHM instead of CNJ.
