I enjoy Minfillia's voice. Her voice acting sounds natural, especially compared to like Papalymo or Cid. Ohmygosh Cid's is absolutely awful...
American...just turn on the tv and eveyone talks americna eng.
British is fine.
How about Swedish...would it make you more happy?
I'm just butting in to say that one of the things I love about the English language are the wide variety of accents. English is spoken by so many different people, in so many parts of the world, and every region adds it's own flavor to the mix. English is such a diverse, colorful language that it seems a shame to me to confine the peoples of an entire (fictional) world to a narrow range of accents simply because it fits with some age-old custom that everyone in a fantasy must sound vaguely British (thanks, Tolkien). Accents are a part of history, and how a person speaks is an indication of where he came from. I know the people of Erozea didn't all come from one place, so why do they all sound so similar?
For the record, I have nothing against British accents. I just think some vocal diversity would add a little charm to different regions of the world. I mean, North America alone is home to many different accents; even my little part of the US has more accents than Erozea.
My only issue with the voice acting was Minfilia. FUUUUUUUVtysaytdfvytASFDYTASGYgbvds Minfilia... she sounds like whoever did the voice acting was just reading the damned script out loud in 99% of her lines. Papalymo's voice and the fake british accent other characters had was kind of annoying, too, but not anywhere near Minfilia's level. It was awful.
Fake British accents you mean.
