I'm actually sick of this read-up-and-come-back-afterwards-mentality that permeates MMOs these days. These so entitled 'elite' MMO players are so beyond me. lol And the funniest part is, they are even serious about what they say. Talking about being self-centered. I, personally, have no problem with loosing a fight.

So let me get this straight:

To ask for players to fit the minimum requirements and to know the basics of a dungeon before attempting it is something so evil and vile that can be pretty much considered an online version of cancer and plague.

To ask for 3 to 7 other players to have their experience diminished and potentially let their objective fall out of reach for the pleasure and privilege of a single player is something good, nice and to look forward to.

Gee, the moral horizons sure changed while i was sleeping.


I lead a family guild composed exclusively of new/casual players that have little time to play and yet every single one of them does their best to have fun and experience the game without imposing over everyone else´s time

Do not use "wanting to enjoy the game" as an excuse to expect everything served.

I enjoy Learning on the fly... i dont care if its "speed runs" or just clearing a path... Enjoying Eorzea to the fullest is what matters most.

Why does everyone waste time with DF?

Just /shout for whatever class you need near the instance. So much quicker that way....(Granted, Im a DPS, but I would imagine this process would be easier for a tank/healer...)

It resets with maintenance as well, just btw. At least it has been.

Without a server cap or instance limiting cap this is what happens. Chances are a lot of the que is coming from instances that are still open after the "speed runners" have a wipe and bail on the instance. Yesterday, at a safe estimate, I would say I entered probably 8 AK runs that where abandoned. And probably twice as many with players that were under geared for the content.

There are several features that aren't in the game that should be such as an instance cap and gear/item level lockout for specific instances. Being in AF gear with level 28-38 greys and aetherial gear isn't enough to do AK.
