You really should have gotten it by now. Make sure you check thoroughly and check spam folders. Otherwise try to contact SE support and make sure it;s the EU support. Unfortunate I don't know if there is a similar site for the EU code because SE EU uses a different payment service.

I have a 20 digit early access code and an 18 digit activation code however the client is asking for a 20 digit activation code which i have never received. Any ideas?

Thanks guys, i found the correct code on the purchase site. Just to clarify things for anyone else, there are 3 possible codes but only one is correct:

20-digit Early Access code.
18-digit Activation code.
20-digit registration code found on the site you purchased the game from, which for me was never sent in an email (www.greenmangaming.com) or in the case if you have a physical copy. This is the code you want to enter in the client.

Glad to hear you got it, I myself purchased one copy for a friend from GMG and they sent me an email on the 27th, weird that you didn't get one.

I am an owner of the original FF XIV, and never played it for much more than a month. I got a physical copy of the game, which I registered on my account ages ago. However, now it asks me for a new 20digit code, which isn't the code listed in my physical box (it says already registered). What do I do then?
