EU code when my account its NA

I have standard EU code and willing to trade for a standard NA one. ecii779 @ gmail . com
SE and the company I bought it from (GMG) are "unable" to help after waiting on hold for 3hours 26 min and 37 min respectively. I just want this fixed.

I did the exact same thing and got the exact same response.
Finally gave up and despite my paranoia traded my code - People on here are really nice. I hope you get a code soon!

I purchased an EU version of the game. Collectors Edition.. had issues at pre order time when we entered Early Access and now... once again having issues.

Square sent me NA Collectors Edition registration code.

Does anyone want to trade their EU collectors edition code for a NA Collectors Edition code?

I really don't want to start all over again..and I really don't want to lose my pre order items.

Thanks for the hope! I just want to play the game and I'm so sick and tired of the complications and lack of help.

Just one question: how do you know what type (NA or EU) code do we have? i mean what type of code the SE sent to us?

I'm saying this b/c when trying to put the code what they sent to me shows: The code's region is inapplicable. And my SE account is over Americans.

US codes start with RAAU, EU codes start with RAAE. Also, the email address it was sent from either has a .na or a .eu in it.
